Deep Earth Logic has utilized the use of signature to greatly improve results and provide more cost-effective solutions for customers by using seismic data collected from previous production blasting. Through the use of a signature hole, we can provide methods for vibration reduction on a shot by shot basis. This is also a cost-effective method due to the removal of the need for decking while resulting in better fragmentation due to the height of the face being blasted.

This also allows for more accurate vibration predictions in       pre-blast analysis. With our predictions, customers can utilize full production blasting even while in close proximity to houses. Levels of vibration can be cut in half as we have seen in previous and consistent results. With the use of a signature hole, a customer saw levels reduced from a 0.79 to a 0.40.
